This holiday park is within the grounds of an 18th Century Welsh Farm Cottage.

It is being re-developed to a very high standard to become a 'home from home'.

The Park is just off the A44 near Crossgates, Crossgates Village is a small but very convenient village which has a post office and shop. It has a primary school, filling station, late night Nisa shop, launderette and a daytime cafe. There is also a Country House Hotel  and vets surgery.

Crossgates has a regular bus service to local towns and Hereford. It is 3  miles from the well known Victorian Spa town, Llandrindod Wells, which has the famous lake with its swans, the Rock Park Gardens, Bowling Club and it also offers various pubs, wine bars, banks and post office. Llandrindod Wells has doctors' surgery, dentist, Boots chemist Tesco and Co-op Stores and a selection of privately owned and operated Victorian built shops with a central park and bandstand.

We have excellent walking and climbing country for the naturist and bird-watcher. There is a massive variety of birds, flora and fauna to be found In the area.

The Park Is an Ideal base for that short, break, long holiday or a second home and is perfect for exploring central Wales and the unspoilt coastline of Cardigan Bay which is in easy driving distance.
